How are the pieces measured?

Every listing gives real dimensions in centimetres and inches, plus weight, and capacity where it applies. Measure against the shelf, wall or thali you have in mind before ordering — a wall clock in particular is usually larger in person than people expect.

What is the brass finished with?

Pieces are supplied polished. Brass darkens with time and handling, which many people prefer; if you want the original shine back, any household brass cleaner restores it.

What if something arrives damaged?

Photograph it and raise a request from Track your order. Metal dents and ceramic chips in transit do happen, and they are ours to put right — we replace or refund. An unboxing video gets a claim approved fastest.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI and secure online payment by card, netbanking or wallet. Cash on Delivery is available too — pay the delivery agent when your order arrives. On orders of ₹5,000 or more you can pay 50% online now and settle the balance online from your Track Order page — we dispatch once it clears.
